NextGen East 2023

The Bible shows us that God has a plan for the whole world to know his love. For this to happen through us as his ambassadors we need to know the Bible. Teaching its message to others and showing others how to read it is an essential part of sharing the good news of Jesus, whether that's in our neighbourhoods or among the nations.

So if you're passionate about the Bible and wanting to know more about it then NextGen East 2023 will be a fantastic opportunity to explore what cross-cultural theological education looks like.

We'll be hearing from Bible college lecturers and pastors about why theology is fundamental to evangelism. For example, who was Augustine and why is he foundational to our modern theology? Why did Maximus the Confessor have his tongue cut out for heresy, but was later proved right? Plus there will be opportunities for Q&A and to hear from current Bible college students heading out to serve cross-culturally about what they have appreciated about studying.

We'll be gathering in the beautiful surroundings of All Nations Christian College in the Hertfordshire countryside, complete with a delicious lunch. The event will also be live-streamed to Facebook and YouTube so if you're further afield, you can still engage with us online.

Book your place today. There is a £6.50 charge for lunch.

NextGen events gather Christians from across the denominations to open the Bible together, look out into God’s world and explore our place in his plan to share Jesus Christ with the world. We aim to equip the next generation of Christians to live out God’s call on their lives.
