About NextGen
NextGen events are an initiative of OMF International (UK). We’re inspired by God’s passion that all nations would come to worship him and glorify his name. He will bring that about, and he will use his Church to do it.
The purpose of NextGen is to equip the Church to fulfil the global commission God has given it. NextGen events gather Christians from across the denominations to open the Bible together, look out into God’s world and explore our place in his plan to share Jesus Christ with the world. We aim to equip the next generation of Christians to live out God’s call on their lives.
NextGen events have run around the UK since 2013. We’re keen to collaborate with Churches and mission organisations. Speakers at past events have included representatives from Operation Mobilisation, LICC and Scatter Global.

Founded by James Hudson Taylor in 1865 as the China Inland Mission, OMF serves the church and shares the good news of Jesus Christ with countries across East Asia. We’re for all Christians who want to be relevant in mission. We’re a forward-thinking gospel-focused movement that pursues every avenue to reach East Asians for Jesus. In a changing world, we need to find the most effective means possible.
